Crowd-Pleasing Chaffles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: garlic powder or other seasonings to taste

Instructions:
Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, egg, almond flour, salt, baking powder, and any optional seasonings.
Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Once the waffle maker is preheated, lightly coat the cooking surface with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour half of the chaffle batter onto the center of the waffle maker.
Close the lid and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and crispy.
Repeat with the remaining batter to make a second chaffle.
Carefully remove the chaffles from the waffle maker and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.

Serving Suggestions:
